Coaching can take many forms, and we will create a tailor-made approach for you, always starting with a short complimentary investigative conversation to find out what will work best for you. Some clients choose to have a few immediate sessions, some prefer one year’s ongoing coaching support. Some like meeting face to face, some like coaching by telephone, by Skype or by email.
